Titan ProTouch Handheld Cordless Airless Sprayer Review (2011)

Titan ProTouch Cordless Airless Sprayer Review (2011)

I love the Titan family of sprayers. This review covers the ProTouch handheld cordless airless unit. Our experience with this sprayer leads us to the conclusion that this particular technology is one that Titan needs to improve upon in order to compete in the cordless handheld category. I believe that they can do it, and hope that they will.

  1. “…Titan needs to improve upon in order to compete in the cordless handheld category”

We could not have agreed more with this statement. The problem with this unit is that it is a direct clone of the home owner unit available from Wagner. Just a different color. There is no difference. Its a “buzz” gun that is marketed to the professional painting industry. Loud and obnoxious without a whole lot of tips and accessories to make your life easier. Gonna have to pass on this one. The Graco cordless units have much more potential for the smaller painting jobs.

There is lots of room for improvement on this unit, and the bar is set fairly high for cordless at this point. It will be interesting to see how the technology evolves, and how Titan moves forward with it.
