Adding Value (2010)

“Adding value” is a phrase that gets tossed around alot in contracting circles, along with: “differentiation” and “retention.” Services such as pressure washing can be integrated into paint contracting businesses. Enhanced services add value for customers, while helping the contractor to become different from the less equipped competitor. Also, the ability to offer services to customers more frequently increases, which helps the contractor to retain customers.
