If you follow this site at all, you will already know that a current pet peeve, and it is related to the season and recent time change, is task lighting on projects.
It’s a seasonal disorder, but its a thing.
Here, Todd uses the Syslite for additional lighting while hvlp spraying inside a cabinet box, and it was also used for inspection of the final sprayed finishes. This light makes me think that the future of lighting for painters is LED technology. It is not hot, which means on close inspection the light doesn’t raise surface temperatures, or burn the hands of the inspector. I’d like to see a manufacturer take the LED concept for task lighting, and run with it. Fast.
